Platform Developer ( Junior OR Middle)

Role

In your role as Platform Developer, you are responsible for the central Data Platform based on Informatica IDMC including the utilized Azure Services. You will support the internal departments during the requirements engineering phase, research the best solutions, including the cost aspects (implementation and running costs), implementation of the new services, optimize existing services. The support of the platform will be run by a partner.

Responsibilities

• Implementation of new data driven use cases: requirements engineering, coordination with various departments and external partners
• Data and database design
• Analyzing new functionalities inside the Informatica IDMC platform, Azure Services and surrounding services
• Utilizing Atlassian (Jira and Confluence)
• Maintenance of the existing data processes
• Key user for the data management platform
• Technical support of all parts of the platform

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., Shell, Python, Ruby).
• Strong knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Travis CI).
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) and automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Certifications in relevant areas (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator) are a plus.

Location: Now Aurel Vlaicu, but soon in the Grozavesti area

Working mode: Hybrid ( 3 days office)
