We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist to join our team and lead the development of automated analytics and cloud/clean room solutions. In this role, you will be essential in delivering and scaling high-impact initiatives such as Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), full-funnel measurement, and advanced CLV/propensity models.
The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between complex data engineering and business strategy, automating data wrangling across AdServer, Website, and CRM platforms. By productizing audience enrichment and predictive models, you will materially reduce time-to-insight and generate strong ROI, differentiating our capabilities in a privacy-first environment.
What will you do:
- Data Integration & Wrangling: Gather and clean data from various sources, including local databases, cloud platforms, and clean rooms. You will automate the integration of AdServer, Website, and CRM data to ensure accuracy and scalability.
- Advanced Analytics & Productization: Develop proprietary metrics and easy-to-use analytics products. Your goal is to create reusable tools that improve media efficiency and customer targeting across multiple clients.
- Predictive Modeling: Build and maintain machine learning models (e.g., Random Forests, Gradient Boosting) for forecasting, advanced user segmentation, and ROI-focused attribution.
- Strategic Optimization: Work closely with strategy and planning teams to translate complex findings into actionable recommendations that drive campaign performance.
- Automation & NLP: Deploy web scrapers and build NLP models to automate text analysis, ensuring our data strategies stay at the cutting edge of the industry.
What we are looking for:
- Experience: 2+ years of proven experience in Data Science, specifically handling 1st party data analytics.
- Advanced proficiency in both English and Romanian is required.
- Mathematical Foundation: Deep knowledge of math, probability, statistics, and machine learning algorithms.
- Data Architecture: A strong understanding of data structures, data modeling, and cloud-based analysis solutions.Mindset: A passion for driving insights and a desire to support enterprise-scale demand through data-driven optimization.
- Ways of working: Hybrid setup per week: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote.
