Human Resource Assistant
Location: Dubai, UAE
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Assistant to support the day-to-day HR operations of our client in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on HR experience and a strong understanding of HR processes within the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files and HR databases.
- Assist in recruitment coordination, including interview scheduling and candidate communication.
- Support payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management.
- Handle HR documentation such as contracts, offer letters, and policy acknowledgements.
- Assist with visa processing, renewals, and coordination with PROs.
- Respond to employee queries and support employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal HR policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of HR experience, preferably in the UAE.
- Working knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
