Job Title: Digital Portfolio & Program Manager

Core Requirements

• Proven experience leading Digital Transformation portfolios or large digital programs
• Strong data-driven program management approach with measurable outcomes
• Hands-on experience with portfolio tracking, dashboards, and executive reporting
• Ability to manage multiple digital initiatives across business and technology teams
• Strong governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment capabilities

Key Skills

• Data-led decision making using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
• Experience working across Agile and/or Waterfall delivery models
• Excellent communication, coordination, and execution skills

Certification

• PMP / PRINCE2 / MSP / Agile / Scrum – mandatory or strongly preferred
