DevOps Engineer

About The Role And The Team

You’ll be part of a team of six DevOps engineers based in Vilnius, Kaunas, and Mumbai. Our team combines different specialties - ranging from infrastructure and automation to monitoring and SRE practices - giving you the chance to collaborate and work across multiple domains.

This role involves working with established observability and logging platforms, contributing to their configuration, optimization, and gradual improvement.

We value teamwork and knowledge sharing, and our engineers willingly help each other to solve challenges and learn new skills.

We hope you are ready to change the game! Be ready to:

• Operate, maintain, and improve existing DevOps platforms and tooling.
• Support monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure service visibility and stability.
• Assist with infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Help maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
• Contribute to platform reliability through troubleshooting, maintenance, and continuous improvements.

• Hands-on experience with common DevOps tools and platforms.
• Practical exposure to monitoring and logging solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or similar).
• Working knowledge of Infrastructure as Code concepts (Terraform or equivalent).
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and containerized workloads.
• Basic understanding of CI/CD concepts and workflows.
• A proactive mindset and solid troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in English.

Stand Out By Having

• Scripting or coding experience (e.g., Python, Go, or Bash).
• Exposure to CI/CD tooling such as GitHub Actions or similar platforms.
• Experience with configuration management or automation tools.
• Awareness of monitoring and alerting best practices.
