About The Role And The Team
You’ll be part of a team of six DevOps engineers based in Vilnius, Kaunas, and Mumbai. Our team combines different specialties - ranging from infrastructure and automation to monitoring and SRE practices - giving you the chance to collaborate and work across multiple domains.
This role involves working with established observability and logging platforms, contributing to their configuration, optimization, and gradual improvement.

- Operate, maintain, and improve existing DevOps platforms and tooling.
- Support monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure service visibility and stability.
- Assist with infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
- Help maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
- Contribute to platform reliability through troubleshooting, maintenance, and continuous improvements.
- Hands-on experience with common DevOps tools and platforms.
- Practical exposure to monitoring and logging solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or similar).
- Working knowledge of Infrastructure as Code concepts (Terraform or equivalent).
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and containerized workloads.
- Basic understanding of CI/CD concepts and workflows.
- A proactive mindset and solid troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in English.

- Scripting or coding experience (e.g., Python, Go, or Bash).
- Exposure to CI/CD tooling such as GitHub Actions or similar platforms.
- Experience with configuration management or automation tools.
- Awareness of monitoring and alerting best practices.
- Interest in learning SRE and platform reliability concepts.
