Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Development & Analysis

• Plan and execute CRM campaigns (e.g., email sends, triggered campaigns, consumer journeys).
• Use data insights to create pre-campaign forecasts and post-campaign performance analyses.
• Refine and optimize trigger-based communications for personalization.

1. Strategic Collaboration

• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather campaign requirements.
• Collaborate with the Strategic CRM Manager on campaign prioritization and resource allocation.
• Work with internal stakeholders, developers, and operations teams to meet technical and operational needs.

1. Insights & Optimization

• Analyze past performance to identify engagement trends and improvement areas.
• Present actionable insights and recommendations to the CRM Manager.

1. Operational Oversight

• Oversee seamless consumer experiences across lifecycle stages.
• Track and address technical issues like data pipeline breakages.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Campaign Management: End-to-end planning and execution of CRM campaigns and journeys.
• Data Analysis & Insights: Strong ability to analyze campaign metrics (engagement, conversion, retention) and provide actionable insights.
• Business Engagement: Collaborate effectively with business owners and internal teams to gather and define campaign requirements.
• Technical Coordination: Manage technical aspects like trigger automation, journey implementation, and troubleshooting.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Align with strategic goals and ensure cross-functional cooperation.

Experience Needed

• Proven experience in CRM campaign management and lifecycle planning.
• Proficiency in analyzing engagement data to forecast and evaluate campaign success.
• Strong communication skills for presenting findings and working across diverse teams.
