Role Overview

The Product Manager – AI & Data is responsible for owning the strategy, development, and delivery of AI- and data-driven products and platforms. This role works closely with engineering, data science, and business stakeholders to translate complex AI and data capabilities into scalable, customer-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own product vision, roadmap, and priorities for AI and data products. Identify customer needs, market opportunities, and use cases for AI-driven solutions.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration. Write clear product requirements, PRDs, and user stories. Prioritize backlogs based on impact, feasibility, and strategic alignment.
• Work with data scientists and ML engineers to define model requirements, data needs, and success metrics. Understand data pipelines and ML workflows to support informed product decisions.
• Act as the primary product point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with sales and customer teams to support go-to-market and adoption.
• Define and track product KPIs and success metrics. Use data insights to drive continuous product improvement while ensuring security, compliance, and data sovereignty.

Requirements

• A minimum of five years of experience in product management, preferably in AI, data, or enterprise software. Proven experience shipping AI- or data-driven products.
• Strong understanding of data platforms, analytics, or machine learning concepts. Experience working closely with engineering and data science teams.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ML platforms, MLOps, or data infrastructure. Experience working in regulated or government environments.
• Familiarity with sovereign data, privacy, and security requirements. Experience in B2B or enterprise AI products. Arabic language skills or experience in the MENA region.
