The Role
• Support the administrative implementation of HR processes, including contractual changes
• Maintain data in HR systems
• Prepare payroll activities
• Handle certification and reporting tasks with deadline monitoring (e.g., warnings and employment contracts)
• Collaborate with other HR departments (Payroll, Experts) within the company
What You'll Need
• Successfully completed commercial training or qualification in human resources
• Professional experience in human resources
• Solid basic legal understanding, especially in labor law
• Experience in preparing payroll
• Good English language skills
• Proficient in MS Office
