Senior Specialist – Performance & Rewards (Confidential, 2‑Year Renewable Contract)

Salary: 30,000 - 40,000 AED per month + standard benefits (medical insurance & annual leave)

We are partnering with a confidential, fast-growing energy company headquartered in Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), with international offices, to hire a Senior Specialist – Performance & Rewards on a 2-year renewable contract.
You will play a key role in shaping the company’s Total Rewards framework, supporting performance management, and ensuring reward practices remain competitive, fair, and fully compliant with ADGM regulations.
In this role, you will:
- Support the company’s Total Rewards strategy, covering compensation, benefits, and performance programs.
- Administer and continuously improve compensation, performance and benefits programs, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives and market best practices.
- Conduct market benchmarking and compensation/benefits analysis, staying up to date with industry trends, regulatory changes and employment practices.
- Help design and manage incentive schemes, including modelling and reporting incentive projections in line with approved plans.
- Support job design and job evaluation activities, including grading, benchmarking, and maintaining internal equity across roles.
- Review and support the implementation of HR / HC policies, ensuring alignment with ADGM laws and internal guidelines.
- Provide guidance to line managers on performance & rewards policies and processes, helping them apply frameworks consistently.
- Prepare reports, dashboards and MIS for management, using data analytics to provide insights and recommendations.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related or HR discipline from a recognized university.
- 5–7 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards or related HR functions.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Compensation and benefits administration
- Performance management frameworks
- Job evaluation and grading
- Market benchmarking and salary surveys
- Strong data analytics and financial modelling skills, comfortable working with Excel and HR data.
- Preferably, a professional HR / Rewards certification (e.g., CCP, GRP, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in energy, industrial, or large corporate environments, ideally within the GCC or international markets, is an advantage.
