About the Role

As our Junior Performance Marketer, you will support and optimise the systems driving customer acquisition, email lifecycle performance, and conversion across our DTC channels.

You will work with a performance playbook—used weekly—that ensures clarity, reduces noise, and helps you focus on the highest-impact actions.

You will learn how to think like a top-tier growth professional: using data, disciplined execution, and iteration to move key metrics.

You will not be “doing marketing.”

You will be building and improving a performance engine.


What You’ll Be Responsible For


1. Paid Acquisition & Channel Performance

You will work inside structured workflows to run:

  • weekly Amazon and Shopify ad tasks
  • ongoing optimisation cycles
  • performance checks across key KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CVR)
  • weekly reporting with insights and clear next steps

You will learn how to:

  • evaluate campaigns logically
  • identify bottlenecks
  • implement improvements with precision


2. Product Accuracy & Funnel Alignment

Performance is driven by clean systems. You will:

  • maintain accurate product information (copy, claims, assets, pricing)
  • ensure consistency across ads, landing pages, and listings
  • keep our internal product database updated and aligned

This work directly impacts conversion and channel trust.


3. Lifecycle Email Flow Execution

You’ll help build and optimise email flows across:

  • onboarding
  • education
  • re-engagement
  • retention
  • win-back sequences

You will learn how to structure flows, map decision points, identify weak steps, and improve overall customer health.


4. Experimentation & Structured Testing

You will help run experiments across:

  • creatives
  • audiences
  • landing pages
  • offers
  • email elements
  • product communication

You will:

  • define hypotheses
  • set up clean A/B tests
  • measure results
  • communicate findings
  • propose follow-up actions

This is where you develop real analytical strength.


5. Cross-Functional Coordination

You will coordinate with:

  • creative resources
  • translators
  • designers
  • content editors

Your job: ensure assets arrive on time, high-quality, and fully aligned.


6. Process & Systems Improvement

You’ll help refine our:

  • marketing workflows
  • documentation
  • internal playbooks
  • dashboards
  • checklists

Who Will Succeed in This RoleYou are someone who:
  • Thinks in systems, not ad-hoc tasks

  • Learns tools fast (Shopify, Amazon SC, Sheets, Notion, WordPress)

Experience We’re Looking For:
  • 1–2 years in performance marketing, e-commerce, analytics, or growth
  • Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar
  • Comfort working with spreadsheets and structured data
  • Experience with paid media, Shopify, or Amazon is a plus but not required
