What Makes a Great Candidate

• Programming and technology skills, including recent experience with languages such as C#/.Net, Java, or Python.
• Exposure with SQL databases.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Passion for programming and technology, with an appetite to work in a dynamic and integrated team.
• An entrepreneurial mindset, willing to take ownership, solve problems, and thrive on innovation.
• Clear and professional communication skills with both clients and team members.
• A minimum 2.1 degree in Computer Science or a related field (ideally from a well-regarded university).
