Quality Lab Tech - Sample Management

Location: Amsterdam Area

Office Attendance: on-site

Duration: 12 months

In this role, you’ll support high‑quality Quality Control operations while ensuring full compliance with GxP and safety regulations. Precision, ownership, and strong aseptic technique are essential as you help maintain the integrity of critical samples that support our client's mission.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain housekeeping standards in the QC Sample Management area
• Uphold 5S principles, including Kanban organization
• Follow established procedures and complete required GxPLearn/Glearn training
• Escalate deviations and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Receive and distribute QC samples and EM plates
• Transfer samples from −80°C to LN2 storage
• Perform Aph accessioning
• Dispose of samples according to procedures
• Support additional duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Secondary Laboratory Education (MLO level 3/4 preferred) or equivalent
• Basic laboratory skills; QC experience preferred
• Experience in biotech/pharma or sample management is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Strong verbal communication and ability to read English
• Knowledge of GMP, GDP, and SOPs
• Driver’s license preferred due to shift requirements (availability from 07:00 to midnight)
