Unity 2D Game Developer

Dark Cloud Games is looking for a Unity 2D Developer (Mid-Level) to join our team in the development and optimization of a Dark Fantasy RPG with Immersive Sim elements.

The professional will be responsible for implementing dialogue systems, combat systems and backend integration.Requirements

Minimum of 4 years of proven experience with Unity 2D in commercial/published projects.

Strong knowledge of C# (Unity) : data structures, events, coroutines, and input system.

Experience with game system architecture (combat, inventory, UI, character progression).

Experience in performance optimization (mobile/desktop).

Basic Portuguese communication skills (sufficient for daily interaction).

Nice to have: knowledge of Shader Graph, URP, and Unity profiling tools.

Conditions

Annual salary: €31,******

Contract: 2 years

Work model: On-site at the beginning, with transition to hybrid – Portugal

Development of a Dark Fantasy RPG with a complex narrative, administration and progression systems integrated into a web platform (Angular + Node.Js + MySQL), and immersive 2D gameplay.
