As we strengthen our go‑to‑market strategy, we’re looking for a Customer & Market Researcher to turn customer, market, and competitive insights into clear actions that drive growth.
This role sits at the heart of product, marketing, sales, and customer success — helping teams deeply understand users, markets, and opportunities.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead market, customer, and competitor research to track industry trends and opportunities
- Design and run quantitative and qualitative research (surveys, interviews, user panels)
- Translate research findings into clear, actionable insights for product, commercial, and marketing teams
- Support go‑to‑market initiatives, including value propositions, USPs, and “reasons to buy”
- Build and manage a diverse panel of research participants
- Partner closely with product, UX, marketing, sales, and customer success stakeholders
- Ensure customer data quality and feedback loops are shared across teams
You’ll spend roughly 50% of your time on market research and 50% on product research, flexing based on business priorities.
What you bring
- 1 – 2+ years’ experience in customer insight, market research, UX, analytics, or related roles
- Strong grounding in exploratory, generative, and evaluative research methods
- Experience influencing decisions in cross‑functional teams
- Ability to translate complex data into clear stories and recommendations
- Confidence presenting insights to senior stakeholders
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, or product analytics platforms
- Experience in a SaaS environment
- A portfolio showing how your research has driven impact
Languages: English plus one or more of Danish, Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian, Spanish, German, or Portuguese
