Project Manager

Enersense Engineering Oy is currently seeking a Project Manager for its client in Evijärvi, Finland. The position offers the possibility of remote work, with occasional site visits. The assignment is scheduled to start in March 2026, and the estimated project duration is approximately 18 months.

The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the construction project from the design phase through execution and final handover. The role includes leading and coordinating the planning and construction activities to ensure the project is delivered within the agreed scope, schedule, and budget, and in compliance with quality and safety requirements

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Overall management of the construction project and preparation of decision-making
• Management of design and contracting (design & build / design + construction contract)
• Schedule, cost and risk management of the project
• Coordination of designers, contractors, and other stakeholders
• Acting as the client’s representative in meetings and in cooperation with authorities
• Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements
• Reporting project progress to the client

Requirements:

• Suitable educational background, for example in the construction field
• Experience in project management roles within the last five years
• Experience in a successfully completed new-build project with a gross floor area exceeding 3,000 gross m²
• Experience with projects executed using a delivery model that includes both design and construction
• Experience in healthcare, assembly/public buildings, or educational facility projects
• Finnish and English language skills
