.Net Developer (Banking)

Main Responsibilities

• Design, research, and develop computer software and specialized utility programs.
• Build and maintain automation tools for infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, deployment, and quality assurance.
• Partner with development teams to set up CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment and testing processes.
• Support the industrialization of test management activities.
• Manage OT/RPS environments and ensure their stability and efficiency.
• Prepare and industrialize the transition of Orchestrade for Bonds into Run mode.
• Monitor infrastructure and application performance and resolve issues proactively.
• Apply security best practices and ensure adherence to industry standards.
• Help strengthen and continuously improve DevOps culture, workflows, and processes.
• Develop automated testing systems to enhance reusability and overall efficiency.
• Advocate for and apply testing methodologies that identify defects early in the development cycle.
• Provide technical support to internal teams, troubleshoot system issues, propose improvements, and contribute to data analysis.
• Keep up with emerging DevOps tools, practices, and industry trends.

Qualifications & Profile

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development.
• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience with C#, particularly modern, cross‑platform .NET.
• Strong understanding of advanced C# features, including async/await, dependency injection, and related concepts.
• Solid foundations in algorithms, data structures, and complexity analysis.
• Proficiency with development tools such as Jenkins, Git, SVN, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• Strong ability to analyze and understand code execution flow and debug issues—even without an attached debugger.
• Experience with dotnet CLI, including writing and maintaining integration and unit tests.
• Strong working knowledge of Windows and Linux environments, including shell scripting.
• Good command of Transact-SQL and Entity Framework Core.
