As an IT Project Manager, you will own and develop key customer relationships, ensuring long-term satisfaction, retention, and value realisation. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will manage communication, expectations, and strategic alignment throughout the customer lifecycle.
What you'll do?
- Own and develop key customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Lead customer communication, planning, and review meetings, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Support delivery execution in close collaboration with the Client Delivery Lead and technical teams.
- Step in as delivery lead when required, ensuring continuity and confidence for customers.
- Provide high-level technical guidance on the Insly platform, translating technical concepts into clear business context.
- Work with Solution Specialists to align technical solutions with customer expectations.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities that impact delivery, adoption, or customer success.
- Drive platform adoption, value realisation, and long-term customer satisfaction.
- Support renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities by identifying value-driven improvements.
- Mentor Account Managers and contribute to best practices within the team.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience in B2B Account Management or Customer Success, ideally in SaaS or technology environments.
- Experience managing complex, long-term customer relationships.
- Strong stakeholder management and senior customer-facing communication skills.
- Ability to understand IT systems, technical concepts, and SaaS delivery models.
- Confidence translating technical capability into business value.
- Excellent organisational, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting renewals, upsell, or account growth initiatives.
- Fluency in English.
- Familiarity with Jira or similar tools.
- Insurance industry experience is a plus, but not required.
