Who We’re Looking For

We're on the lookout for a Project Manager, who excels at leading complex IT projects, implementing scalable PM structures, and driving results through proactive leadership and exceptional stakeholder management.

What You’ll Do

• Determine and define project scope and objectives.
• Mentor and develop junior members of the Projects team.
• Develop and manage a project schedule and work plan.
• Report on project progress, milestones and challenges to various stakeholders.
• Manage project risks, issues and dependencies.
• Create and manage project related documentation.
• Utilize PM best practices, techniques, and standards throughout project execution.
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.

Your Profile

• 4+ years of IT Project Management experience.
• Ability to develop project related documentation.
• Knowledge of PM tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban.
• Readiness to learn and ability to understand complex business processes.
• Great communication skills and ability to work with and manage senior stakeholders.
• Consistent attention to detail.
• Proactive mindset is essential.
• High general problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
• Professional English.
• (+) PRINCE2 or PMP certification.
• (+) Experience leading cross-functional delivery through the full SDLC.
• (+) Experience in fintech, payments, banking, finance.
