Get ready to

• Design static graphics and video ad creatives for Meta and other platforms
• Edit short-form videos, including hooks, cutdowns, and campaign highlights
• Add motion graphics and light animations to boost engagement
• Collaborate closely with the product lead, head of creative, and marketing team
• Contribute ideas for new visual concepts and campaign strategies
• Explore how AI tools can optimize creative processes and enhance production
• Stay ahead of design, wellness, and platform trends
• Manage projects with high quality and fast turnarounds
  
  

We expect you to

• Have proven experience in video editing and graphic design for performance marketing
• Be skilled in After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere Pro (or similar tools)
• Understand what makes Meta ads perform
• Be a strong visual storyteller with great pacing and attention to detail
• Be curious and open to AI applications in creative work
• Work independently and take ownership of your projects
• Communicate clearly in English & Lithuanian, thriving in a feedback-rich environment
  
  

Salary

Gross salary range is 2200 - 3000 EUR/month.

Location

For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
