Business Analyst – Change & Project Coordination (Cybersecurity / Risk Platform)

Helvetic Payroll is supporting one of its prestigious international clients in the luxury sector in the search for a Business Analyst – Change & Project Coordination to reinforce a transversal team within Group Security – Risk & Advisory.
This role sits at the intersection of business needs, digital projects, change management and stakeholder coordination, supporting the deployment and evolution of a global internal platform related to cybersecurity and risk processes.
Context of the role
You will join an existing team and replace an external consultant on maternity leave, ensuring continuity of activities on a strategic digital platform.
The platform supports business teams in structuring and validating security-related aspects of digital projects.
Your responsibilitiesBusiness Analysis & Project Coordination
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and developers
- Collect, clarify and structure business requirements
- Translate needs into actionable items and follow project progress via Jira
- Coordinate reviews, ensure alignment and follow up on deliverables
- Drive topics autonomously from scoping to validation with management
Change Management & Communication
- Prepare and deliver training sessions (approx. 12 per year) for internal users
- Design clear communication and training materials (presentations, guidelines, process documentation)
- Support users working in cybersecurity and risk environments in adopting the platform and related processes
Governance & Reporting
- Ensure strong alignment between multiple stakeholders
- Provide clear reporting to management
- Structure initiatives, define key milestones and track progress
Required profile
- 5–10 years’ experience as Business Analyst, Project Manager, or in a transversal coordination role
- Proven experience working between business, IT and project teams
- Strong autonomy, confidence and ability to drive initiatives end-to-end
- Solid change management, communication and training skills
- Excellent command of Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel)
- Experience with Jira or similar project management tools
- Exposure to cybersecurity / risk / compliance topics is a plus (not mandatory)
Languages & location
- English: mandatory
- French: nice-to-have
- Based in Geneva
- Hybrid setup: approx. 2 days on-site

- Contract: temporary
- Start date: ASAP (end of February / early March)
- Initial duration: 6 months, with possible extension
