Job Description

Act as a servant-leader and coach for the Scrum Team, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and practices.Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure a well-groomed and prioritized product backlog.Identify, track, and help remove obstacles that may hinder the teams progress.Shield the team from external interruptions and distractions.Foster a collaborative and open environment within the team. Promote continuous improvement by encouraging team retrospectives, feedback, and adaptation.Assist in tracking and communicating team progress and metrics (e.g., burndown charts, velocity). Coach team members on Agile best practices and self-organization.Support the organization in its and adoption.
