Must Have:

• Python (core programming language)
• GenAI & Agentic AI concepts and frameworks
• Large Language Models (LLMs) and Prompt Engineering
• Vector Databases and RAG Architecture
• Agentic Libraries: LangChain, LangGraph, Autogen
• Cloud: Azure
• Enterprise Integration Patterns: Microservices, Event-driven architecture (Kafka), REST APIs
• Server-side frameworks: Flask
• DevOps: CI/CD pipelines

Good to Have:

• .NET, React for UI/backend flexibility
• Computer Vision & Document Processing
• Financial Services domain knowledge
• Experience with Document Management
