Senior UX Designer

• Maintain a strategic outlook on the product/program, ensuring that all deliverables are aligned with the organizational goals and strategy
• Lead efforts in driving strategic design initiatives that drive organization goals forward
• Coordinate and plan discovery work, including user interviews, workshops, surveys, usability testing, and gathering insights to understand user needs and pain points
• Lead the work to analyze research findings into actionable insights
• Lead work to create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes using tools like Figma
• Lead the work with design teams to create low- and high-fidelity prototypes for testing concepts with real users, gathering feedback to iterate on solutions
• Drive the Iterative efforts to improve on designs based on feedback from users, stakeholders, and the design team
• Partner with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure that the designs are aligned with business objectives and technical constraints.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in industrial design, human-computer interaction (HCI), graphic design, design research or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• At least 8 years of experience in UX/UI design.
• Good with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC, or similar
• Strategic thinker and a proven ability to drive strategic initiatives in your work
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders and leadership
• Good understanding of user research methods and the ability to analyse data to inform design decisions.
• Familiarity with usability testing and gathering feedback to improve design quality
• Good communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and persuasively
• Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail and ability to handle ambiguity
• Strong empathy for users and a desire to advocate for their needs
