Senior iOS Developer for the Omnichannel Unit

We are looking for a Senior iOS Developer to join the Omnichannel Unit, where we specialize in delivering comprehensive IT solutions to enhance customer experiences across multiple channels. From mobile apps and self-service platforms to call centers, we work directly with clients to create seamless customer journeys.

In this role, you will work on both modern SwiftUI-based applications and existing Objective-C codebases, taking technical ownership, improving development processes, and mentoring others while delivering high-quality mobile solutions for our clients. What You Will Do

• Design, develop, and maintain native iOS applications using Swift and SwiftUI.
• Work with and gradually modernize legacy Objective-C codebases.
• Take ownership of application architecture and technical decisions.
• Ensure high standards of performance, security, stability, and user experience.
• Actively contribute to and maintain internal iOS CI/CD pipelines.
• Participate in code reviews, refactoring, and continuous improvement of code quality.
• Collaborate closely with backend, QA, product, and design teams.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers and share iOS best practices.
• Follow iOS platform evolution and proactively introduce improvements into projects.
  
  

What We Expect From You

• 4+ years of professional experience developing iOS applications.
• Strong experience with Swift and production-level experience with SwiftUI.
• Experience working with or maintaining Objective-C codebases.
• Solid understanding of iOS SDK, app lifecycle, memory management, and performance.
• Hands-on experience integrating RESTful APIs.
• Experience with Git and team-based development workflows.
• Interest in or experience maintaining CI/CD pipelines for iOS projects.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and make technical decisions.
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English (at least B2 level).

• Experience with UIKit.
• Experience with RxSwift or Combine.
• Knowledge of mobile security best practices.
• Experience improving build pipelines, automation, or release processes.
