What To Expect
As a Customer Excellence Project Manager at Tesla, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and elevating the customer experience across all Tesla Centers and Stores. You will lead strategic initiatives that enhance the physical, digital, and operational journey - ensuring every interaction is seamless and consistent with Tesla’s mission and brand standards.

With a specialized focus on Retail Experience, you will take ownership of designing, optimizing, and scaling the retail environment across EMEA. Your work will directly influence how customers discover Tesla, engage with our teams, and transition into ownership.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and deliver customer excellence projects across EMEA, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and measurable business impact are consistently achieved while collaborating with stakeholders in Markets, Operations, and Product Design.
  • Translate customer insights, competitive intelligence, and market trends into actionable improvements for the retail environment and broader customer journey.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to prioritize initiatives, resolve challenges, and maintain visibility on key programs while continuously assessing operational standards for consistency.
  • Ensure adoption of customer excellence programs through training, communication, and ongoing support, while owning the EMEA Retail Handbook and refining retail strategy (store standards, employee guidelines, and operational expectations).
  • Develop scalable frameworks to optimize retail space across diverse locations, balancing global consistency with local adaptation.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer engagement by refining processes, physical environments, and team workflows to align with Tesla’s brand and mission.
  • Act as a strategic partner to field teams, providing guidance on retail execution and fostering alignment with regional and global priorities.
