🔎 We are looking for a Business/Data Analyst.

Main Tasks:

• Identify client use cases, lead workshops, and design scalable data solutions to accelerate innovation and efficiency
• Act as a trusted advisor by understanding clients’ operational and strategic needs
• Facilitate collaboration and coordination among all project stakeholders
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and a realistic, stakeholder-approved roadmap
• Design and deliver data analyses, including ad hoc analyses and end-to-end data pipelines using ETL tools, SQL, and/or Python
• Promote a data-driven culture
• Track, manage, and report on project progress using tools such as Jira and Confluence

Main Skills & Requirements:

• Hands-on proficiency with Power BI, SQL, and or Python.
• Proven experience in data or analytics.
• Strong experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to synthesize, simplify, and present complex concepts to senior stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to leverage transversal and cross-functional networks.
• Strong adaptability and ability to work effectively in a fast-changing environment.
• Fluency in English is mandatory (C1+).
