Golang Developer (Mid-Level) – High-Scale Systems

We are working on a large-scale real-time platform processing tens of billions of requests per day, running on horizontally scalable Kubernetes infrastructure.

We are looking for a mid-level Golang developer who is curious, motivated, and eager to learn, with a strong interest in performance, scalability, and high-traffic systems.

You are not expected to know everything from day one.

What matters most is your willingness to learn, problem-solving mindset, and interest in how systems behave under heavy load.

• Develop and maintain high-performance Golang services
• Work on systems handling very high request volumes
• Learn and apply performance optimization techniques (latency, CPU, memory)
• Contribute to horizontally scalable, Kubernetes-based architectures
• Work with ClickHouse for high-volume analytics data
• Use PostgreSQL for configuration and transactional data
• Monitor, analyze, and improve system performance
• Collaborate with experienced engineers on real-time traffic and routing logic

• Hands-on experience with Golang in production
• Understanding of basic concurrency concepts (goroutines, channels)
• Solid knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL preferred)
• Interest in performance, scalability, and distributed systems
• Basic experience with Docker and/or Kubernetes
• Comfortable working in Linux-based environments
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Curiosity about how systems work internally

• Exposure to RTB, AdTech, or high-traffic platforms
