As a Mid‑Level Backend Engineer you will strengthen our Golang team, designing and scaling microservices that must respond in under 10 ms. You will own features end‑to‑end, learn fast, and collaborate across product, data, and DevOps.

• Design, develop, test, and deploy new Golang microservices for Tubia’s AdTech platform.
• Implement and maintain OpenRTB 2.x bid/response flows and new SSP/DSP integrations.
• Monitor and improve service KPIs such as latency, throughput, and error rates.
• Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and internal knowledge‑sharing.
• Bonus: partner with DevOps on CI/CD pipelines and automated rollouts.

1. 2–4 years of professional backend development with Golang.
2. Hands‑on experience in high‑traffic or low‑latency systems (AdTech, gaming, fintech, messaging, etc.).
3. Native‑level Turkish and professional working English for daily remote collaboration.
4. Proven ability to research new technologies and learn quickly.
5. Solid grasp of Linux, networking fundamentals, and REST/gRPC service design.

• DevOps exposure: Docker, Kubernetes, Prometheus, Grafana, CI/CD workflows.
• AdTech background: campaign management, auction mechanics, OpenRTB tuning.
• Data‑science familiarity: Python, basic ML models, bid optimisation & pacing logic.
