Tech Lead – Full-Stack Development

Must Haves:

• Proven experience in tech leadership with a strong ability to guide and mentor a development team.
• 5+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer or equivalent.
• Expertise in Kotlin, Java, React, Terraform, and Azure technologies.
• Solid communication skills to convey technical concepts to team members and stakeholders.
• A track record of designing and delivering scalable, robust architectural solutions.
• Experience ensuring privacy, security, and compliance in product development.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.

Nice to Haves:

• Familiarity with accounting systems, B2B payments, or PSD2 frameworks.
• Background in managing cross-functional collaboration to achieve business goals.
• Strong ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and make impactful decisions under pressure.
• Relevant higher education or equivalent professional experience.
