Software Engineer (Golang)

We're seeking an exceptional Software Engineer to join our Content and Knowledge team. This role requires someone who can hit the ground running on complex AI infrastructure, agentic workflows, and enterprise content management systems. You'll be working at the intersection of cutting-edge AI technology and enterprise-scale applications.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Go, Python, Kubernetes, and modern agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph, LangSmith), with a strong foundation in building production-grade AI agents and infrastructure.

AI/ML Engineering & Agent Development (50%)

- Build and maintain production AI agents using modern agentic frameworks (LangGraph, LangSmith)

- Develop intelligent automation workflows leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs)

- Implement AI agent observability, monitoring, and tracing solutions

- Design and build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems using vector databases

- Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise applications and data sources

- Continuously improve AI agent performance and reliability

Infrastructure & Platform Engineering (40%)

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise content management infrastructure

- Support and optimize proxy services and API gateways deployed on cloud platforms

- Manage networking, routing, and connectivity across distributed systems

- Debug and resolve infrastructure issues to ensure high availability

- Implement and maintain scalable backend services using Go

Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps (10%)

- Manage Kubernetes deployments and troubleshoot containerized applications

- Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform

- Participate in on-call rotation and incident response

- Perform migrations of legacy infrastructure to modern cloud-native solutions

- Ensure security compliance and follow best practices for production systems

Collaboration & Technical Leadership

- Participate in agile ceremonies and team planning activities

- Conduct thorough code reviews emphasizing security, scalability, and maintainability

- Collaborate with Product Management, Security, and Platform teams

- Provide technical mentorship to team members

- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation

- Share knowledge through presentations, workshops, and written guides

Continuous Improvement

- Stay current with emerging technologies in AI/ML and cloud infrastructure

- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy

- Develop reusable patterns and reference implementations

- Drive improvements in system reliability, performance, and developer experience

Skills

• Backend Development: 5+ years experience with modern backend languages (Go, Python, Java, or similar)
• Cloud Platforms: Strong production experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Container Orchestration: Kubernetes (EKS, GKE, AKS) - deployment, scaling, and troubleshooting
• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Pulumi, or similar IaC tools
• API Development: RESTful APIs, gRPC, GraphQL, or similar protocols
• Agent Orchestration: LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks for building AI agents
• AI Observability: Experience with tracing, monitoring, and debugging AI/LLM applications
• CI/CD & Monitoring: GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar; Datadog, Prometheus, New Relic, or equivalent
• Message Queues & Streaming: Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS, Pub/Sub, or similar platforms
• Additional Technical Skills (Preferred)
• Database systems (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or NoSQL)
• Content Management Systems or enterprise application integration
• Networking fundamentals (load balancers, CDNs, proxies)

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
