Full Stack Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Full‑Stack .NET & Angular Engineer with strong expertise in modern Microsoft technologies and enterprise front‑end frameworks. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high‑performance applications for Accion’s strategic clients. This position requires hands-on technical leadership, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for clean, maintainable code.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET, ASP.NET Core, Angular, and TypeScript
• Build, integrate, and consume RESTful APIs for enterprise applications
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional engineering teams
• Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to coding standards
• Develop secure, performant, and maintainable solutions following Accion Labs’ engineering best practices
• Participate in the full SDLC including design, estimation, development, testing, and deployment
• Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Work within an Agile/Scrum environment and contribute to sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of overall professional experience in software development
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with latest .NET frameworks, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, and SQL Server
• Expert-level proficiency in Angular and TypeScript, with strong UI development experience
• Proven experience in designing secure, scalable, enterprise-grade architectures
• Strong SQL skills, including query optimization and schema design
• Experience with CI/CD concepts and DevOps-aligned delivery practices
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Good to Have

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, pipelines, and release management
• Experience with unit testing, TDD, and automated testing frameworks
• Exposure to React or Vue
• Experience with enterprise tools such as SharePoint, Power BI, SSRS, or RabbitMQ
• Microsoft Developer Certification (Visual Studio 2019 or later)
• Experience working with global or distributed teams
