Information Technology Project Manager

Position Context:

As part of major digital transformation initiatives within a Salesforce environment, we are looking for a Technical Salesforce Project Manager to lead and coordinate the delivery of strategic projects, including the digitalisation of credit processes based on a target solution such as nCino built on Salesforce.

You will play a key role in supervising the development team while ensuring alignment between business expectations, technical implementation, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce-based projects, from design through deployment and maintenance.
• Coordinate and guide the development team working on configuration and custom development (Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Components).
• Ensure project execution follows established architecture principles, code quality standards, and delivery practices.
• Maintain proactive collaboration with IT teams and business stakeholders to ensure clear communication and efficient decision-making.
• Support the industrialisation of development activities through continuous integration, change traceability, configuration management, observability, and quality controls.
• Supervise the development of REST APIs and integration components to ensure optimal connection within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Participate in production support coordination, incident follow-up, and continuous improvement of operational stability.
• Contribute to security, patching, and SSDLC-related practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Desired Profile:

• Proven experience managing Salesforce delivery projects with a strong technical understanding of the platform.
• Solid knowledge of Salesforce configuration and customisation tools (Flow, Process Builder, Workflow Rules, Custom Objects).
• Strong familiarity with Salesforce development components: Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, scheduled and batch classes.
• Experience with Lightning technologies (Lightning Web Components, Lightning Design System, JavaScript).
• Good understanding of integration patterns using REST, SOAP APIs, OAuth, and Single Sign-On.
• Exposure to DevOps practices and deployment tools such as Git, Jenkins, Jira, AutoRabit, Change Sets, and Force.com IDE.
• Ability to coordinate development activities while maintaining strong stakeholder communication.
• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
• Experience with nCino or Financial Services Cloud is considered an asset.
