IT Project Manager

Job Description

Main tasks:

• Track and monitor the roadmap, milestones, deliverables.
• Support in developing business cases, executive presentations, and strategic reports.
• Organize, prepare and support conducting meetings with stakeholders.
• Ensure quality standards are met.
• Support in onboarding activities incl. providing access an support to tools etc.
• Prepare and distribute regular reporting on program/project status for stakeholders and leadership.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues, escalating as needed to executive leadership.
• Develop and maintain dashboards using JIRA and other reporting tools.
• Governance and Risk Management, provide insights into portfolio risks, dependencies, and benefits realization.
• Contribute to developing a transparency to ensure consistency
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Between 3 and 5 years of experience in Project Management Office in Europe.
• Strong stakeholder engagement
• Ability to see the big picture and connect the dots. Experience with demand management, and roadmap planning.
• Experience with project management methodologies (Waterfall and Agile).
• Experience with project management tools.
• Experience with JIRA.
• Fluency in English.
• Hybrid role based in Lisbon.
