Position overview
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team in a challenging field in collaboration with one of our clients, a multinational professional services brand of firms, the second-largest professional services network in the world, considered one of the Big Four accounting firms. Our client is present in more than 157 countries across 742 locations around the world.
In this role, you will drive the development and enhancement of our ServiceNow SACM offerings, ensuring they align with business goals and customer needs. You will work closely with international, cross-functional teams of developers and designers to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions across the ServiceNow platform. As a Product Manager, you will bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution, moving SACM features from vision to production-ready solutions.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for ServiceNow SACM;
- Act as the technical SME for the ServiceNow platform and SACM product suite;
- Lead the full product lifecycle, from concept and requirements to launch and upgrades;
- Prioritize product requirements into actionable user stories and technical specs;
- Oversee the development team to ensure alignment with product vision and quality;
- Optimize product performance through data analysis, metrics, and customer feedback;
- Coordinate with global stakeholders, external partners, and vendors;
- Drive service maturity by implementing process enhancements and tech standards;
- Support stakeholders and customers through product releases and platform upgrades;
- Engage with senior leadership to communicate product value and strategy.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role;
- Knowledge of CMDB (Configuration Management Database), CSDM (Common Service Data Model), and HAM Pro (Hardware Asset Management);
- Proven experience of ServiceNow Platform Implementation and SACM (The Service Asset and Configuration Management) processes;
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban;
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and tools;
- Proven experience of success as a team leader in a professional services environment;
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into decisions;
- Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
- Advanced English proficiency.
Nice to have
- ServiceNow Certifications (CIS, CSA) and ITIL 4.0;
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT or a related field;
- Experience in performance analysis and conflict resolution.
