Senior Program Manager

At Tata Technologies we make product development dreams a reality by designing, engineering and validating the products of tomorrow for the world’s leading manufacturers. Due to our continued growth, we are now recruiting for a Senior Program Manager, to strengthen our team in Gothenburg.

Responsibilities

You will be Senior Program Manager, with ability to drive cyber security cross-functional digital programs. Focuses on managing the program planning, scope, and risk management, implementation, reporting, and performance of the program with the expectation of delivering on time, within budget, and to scope.

You will drive the execution of the program, ensuring the deliveries from associated teams are aligned to meet the overall objectives (OKRs) of the initiative and realize the expected values.

Knowledge/Experience

We are looking for someone who is a collaborator, good communicative and interpersonal skills, able to converse at a senior management level and other. You must have experience from working in the capacity of a servant leader and coach for large teams, but also building effective virtual teams. Your ability to manage risks and dependencies across different teams and to visualize a consolidated roadmap is excellent. You are passionate about digital technology, but also the skillset of Program Management and how it can help us to reach our strategic objectives. And finally, although we see you as having experience, we need you to be committed to learning more – because this is what is moving us towards our innovative goals.

Experience in the area of Cyber Security, Network & Identity management is a big plus.
