Marketing Specialist

Location: Istanbul Maslak Office (Hybrid)

Overview: We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Specialist at the early stages of their career who is eager to learn, take ownership, and actively contribute to the marketing activities of Innovance and its subsidiary companies. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys execution, coordination, and developing skills across multiple marketing disciplines in a fast-paced technology and consulting environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Up to 2 years of experience in digital marketing or related roles
• Fluent in English (written & spoken)
• Experience managing corporate social media channels
• Ability to create and adapt content (text, visual, basic video)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly
• Fast learner
• Proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented
• Comfortable handling multiple ongoing tasks
• Team player with a positive attitude
• No travel restrictions (domestic & international)

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the execution of marketing plans and campaigns
• Manage day-to-day operations of corporate social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube)
• Create and adapt content in Turkish and English
• Coordinate and support corporate events and internal initiatives
• Conduct basic market and competitor research
• Track and report marketing activities and social media performance
• Contribute creative ideas for campaigns and content planning
• Ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
• Work closely with design, UX/UI, and business teams
• Follow digital marketing tools, trends, and best practices continuously

Bonus Points:

• Experience with podcasts or video content
• Collaboration experience with PR agencies
• Basic experience in marketing budget tracking
• Brand experience in IT, Data, or Consulting companies
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator)
