This role sits within a regulated fintech platform operating across payments, digital assets, and consumer financial products. The company is entering a major build phase focused on launching a consumer-facing mobile app, enhancing its web platform, and introducing rewards and incentive mechanisms to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.


The Product Manager will own the end-to-end product experience across app and web, with a strong focus on rewards, promotions, and loyalty features embedded within key user and transactional flows. This role works closely with design, engineering, compliance, data, and commercial teams to deliver intuitive, compliant, and commercially effective products.

This is a hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys building products from zero to one in complex, regulated environments.


Key Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for consumer app and web platforms, including rewards and loyalty features

• Lead the zero-to-one build and continuous iteration of the mobile app and key web journeys

• Define and execute customer rewards, promotions, and incentive mechanics across onboarding, payments, transactions, and investment flows

• Design solutions that incentivise user actions while optimising the cost of incentives and return on investment

• Drive end-to-end product development including concept, design, build, testing, and launch

• Work closely with UI/UX, engineering, operations, compliance, and data teams to deliver scalable solutions

• Monitor and measure product and promotion performance to identify optimisation opportunities

• Define, track, and improve key product metrics including acquisition, conversion, engagement, and retention

• Conduct regular competitive landscape analysis across features, pricing, incentives, and positioning

• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to shape customer value propositions, campaigns, and supporting materials

• Manage external partners and vendors for integrations and operational setup related to rewards or platform features

• Ensure appropriate risk controls and compliance requirements are embedded into product and promotion designs

• Support post-launch activities including user training, issue investigation, and continuous improvement


Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field

• 4+ years of experience in a product management or product development role

•Strong experience owning consumer-facing mobile and web products

• Direct experience with rewards, promotions, loyalty, or marketing-related products is a strong advantage

• Proven experience building products in zero-to-one or early-stage environments

• Strong user-centric mindset with solid analytical skills

• Experience using data to inform product decisions; SQL or analytics tools is a plus

• Excellent project management and communication skills

• Comfortable working in fast-paced and ambiguous environments

• Exposure to fintech, payments, digital wallets, or regulated products is preferred

• Proficiency in English is required

• Proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred due to close collaboration with Chinese-speaking engineering teams and external vendors
