Are you a creative and detail-oriented Front End/UI Designer passionate about delivering exceptional user experiences? We are looking for a talented individual to join our client based in Brussels.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and create wireframes based on user journeys and business inputs.
  • Work closely with front-end developers to translate wireframes into HTML/CSS designs.
  • Ensure designs are aligned with the client's visual guidelines, maintaining consistency and quality across all interfaces.


Technologies & Skills

  • Frontend Development: React
  • Backend Development: Java
  • Operational Databases: AWS RDBMS (Postgres or Mongo)
  • Data Pipelines: SQS, SNS
  • Compute: EKS, Lambda
  • Governance Tools: AWS Glue or Collibra
  • Storage: AWS S3
  • Monitoring: CloudWatch, Datadog
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform
  • API Management: Kong, AWS CloudFront, AWS ALB
  • Development Tools: GitHub, GitHub Actions (CI/CD), JIRA, Confluence
  • Authentication & Authorization: OAuth 2.0
  • Automated Testing: Selenium


Qualifications

  • Experience designing user-friendly wireframes and UI interfaces.
  • Strong understanding of HTML/CSS development and responsive design principles.
  • Familiarity with working in a collaborative environment using tools like GitHub, JIRA, and Confluence.
  • Ability to ensure all designs comply with established visual guidelines and accessibility standards.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and developers effectively.
