IT Infrastructure Security Specialist

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Security Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in securing devices and endpoints and will be certified in key security domains. This role is critical to ensuring the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of our enterprise IT infrastructure, with a strong focus on banking-grade security standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage security controls across devices and endpoints.
• Operate and optimize security tools including Firewalls, WAF, Proxy, DLP, CASB, and endpoint protection.
• Lead and support security projects, including POCs, RFIs, RFPs, and technical evaluations.
• Conduct penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, and secure code reviews.
• Respond to and investigate security incidents in coordination with SOC and relevant stakeholders (ONLY Coordination).
• Ensure compliance with banking regulatory frameworks (e.g., PCI-DSS, SWIFT CSP, ISO 27001).
• Maintain and update security architecture and SOPs.
• Support cloud security initiatives and microservices protection strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure robust security posture.

Mandatory Skills & Certifications:

• Expertise in Devices & Endpoints security.
• Certifications: CCNP, CCNA, CEH (mandatory).
• Hands-on experience with:
• Firewall & WAF
• Proxy Servers
• Cloud Security
• Microservices Security

Preferred Experience:

• 10+ years in IT Security within the Banking or Financial Services industry.
• Proven track record in managing security operations for large-scale enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and audit processes in financial institutions.
