About The Product

Skyvia is a versatile no-code SaaS cloud platform designed for data integration, automation, backup, management, and connectivity. It offers support for 200+ connectors, including popular cloud applications like CRMs, marketing tools, support systems, and management solutions, as well as databases and data warehouses.

Your future team of professionals

You will become part of a dynamic team of professionals who are deeply passionate about our product.

You will collaborate closely with Product Managers and Heads of Business Departments, working cross-functionally to support data-driven decision-making, align analytics with business objectives, and deliver actionable insights across the company.

The impact you will make

• Drive product analytics by defining and analyzing aha moments, activation, feature adoption, retention, and user funnels
• Build, maintain, and continuously improve SaaS and revenue metrics, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Design and support operational dashboards for business and product teams
• Analyze cross-functional funnels and end-to-end business flows across departments
• Prepare data sets, reports, and analytical materials to support daily operational and product decisions
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives (pricing, retention, expansion, growth)
• Identify actionable insights, patterns, trends, and optimization opportunities across products and business processes
• Establish and maintain a Single Source of Truth (SSoT) for product and business data
• Integrate and manage multiple data sources within a unified data warehouse
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and reliability through validation, monitoring, and anomaly detection
• Proactively identify dependencies, trends, and anomalies across datasets and communicate findings to stakeholders
  
  

The skills we are looking for

• At least 3 years of experience in data analysis or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Economics)
• Additional certifications in data analytics, SQL, or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) are a plus
• Strong knowledge of SQL with the ability to write complex and optimized queries
• Hands-on experience with Python for data analysis (Pandas, NumPy)
• Experience working with analytical databases and data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift)
• Proficiency in BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau)
• Experience with dbt is a strong plus
• Deep understanding of SaaS business metrics (LTV, MRR, ARPU, churn)
• Strong knowledge of product metrics (retention, activation, stickiness, engagement)
• Experience building product analytics frameworks and event-based analysis
• Ability to translate data insights into actionable product and business recommendations
