About The Role

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our early-stage team at SuprSend. In this high-impact, high-ownership role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the user experience across our website, product interface, branding, and all customer touchpoints. Your designs will directly influence how developers and users perceive our platform, how quickly they can activate their accounts, and how confidently they can scale their operations using our services. As a developer-focused, product-led startup, design is not an afterthought but a core element of our product experience. Your work will impact conversion rates, product adoption, trust, and long-term growth, making this an exceptional opportunity to contribute to a category-defining product.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of UI/UX design experience, preferably within SaaS, DevTools, or B2B environments. A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in product UI, user flows, web design, and design systems is essential. Proficiency in Figma and Webflow is required, along with a deep understanding of design principles such as composition, layouts, visual hierarchy, colour theory, and typography. The candidate should possess first-principle thinking, be research-oriented, and capable of ideating innovative solutions based on user and team insights. Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment, high ownership, and the ability to deliver results independently are critical. Bonus points for experience in designing animations to enhance user engagement.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and user-friendly product flows and interfaces that simplify complex technical features for developers.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for core product surfaces, ensuring consistency and usability.
• Redesign and continuously improve the website and landing pages to enhance clarity, build trust, and drive product-led growth (PLG) conversions.
• Build, maintain, and evolve the company's design system, visual guidelines, and overall brand language to ensure a cohesive experience across all touchpoints.
• Develop marketing assets, including newsletters, social media graphics, case studies, and presentation decks that align with brand storytelling.
• Conduct quick user research and usability testing to gather feedback and inform design decisions, ensuring user needs are prioritized.
• Maintain a consistent, developer-friendly design language across the product and brand to enhance recognition and trust.
• Collaborate closely with founders, product managers, and engineering teams to ship high-quality, impactful design solutions.
