Job Title:Business Analyst AI/ML

Location: Dubai

Job Summary:

• We are seeking an experienced AI / ML Business Analyst to support enterprise AI initiatives by translating business problems into AI/ML use cases, defining success metrics, and ensuring measurable business value.
• The role acts as the business anchor for AI products, working closely with AI Engineers, Product Owners, and stakeholders—without requiring hands-on technical or coding expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

1) AI Use Case Discovery & Framing

• Identify and define AI / ML use cases aligned to business strategy.
• Translate business challenges into AI-ready problem statements.
• Define objectives, assumptions, constraints, and expected outcomes.

2) Requirements for AI & ML Solutions

Gather and document:

Business requirements

• Functional AI requirements (inputs, outputs, decisions, automation scope)
• Non-functional requirements (accuracy targets, explainability, compliance, SLAs)
• Create AI-specific BRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure requirements are feasible, measurable, and aligned to AI delivery timelines.

3) KPI, Value & ROI Definition

• Define KPIs for AI solutions (accuracy, automation %, time saved, cost reduction).
• Build business value and ROI models for AI initiatives.
• Track post-deployment benefits realization.

4) Stakeholder & AI Team Collaboration

• Act as the primary business interface for:
• AI Engineers
• Data Science teams
• Product Owners
• Facilitate workshops on AI feasibility, scope, and prioritization.
• Ensure business expectations are aligned with AI system capabilities.

5) Governance, Risk & Responsible AI Support

• Support AI governance processes (approvals, documentation, audits).
• Identify business risks related to AI adoption, bias, explainability, and compliance.
• Ensure alignment with Responsible AI principles from a business perspective.

Core Competencies

• Strong experience working on AI / ML or analytics-driven initiatives
• Business requirements management for data-driven systems
• KPI definition and value realization
• Excellent stakeholder communication and facilitation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in real estate / construction AI use cases

Exposure to AI concepts such as:

• ML models, RAG, AI agents (conceptual understanding)
• Certifications (nice-to-have):
• Lean Six Sigma
• Agile Business Analysis
