Data & AI Science Consultant

Location: London (Hybrid)

Salary: £90,000 - £100,000 Basic Salary

Our client, tier-one global consulting client is hiring a Data & AI Science Consultant to support large-scale Data & AI programmes for financial services & insurance customers. This role offers exposure to high-impact, complex AI work and modern machine learning techniques, ideal for someone looking to deepen both their technical and consulting skillset.

What you’ll be doing:

• Deliver advanced data science and machine learning solutions for enterprise clients
• Support discovery, experimentation, and solution design across real-world use cases
• Build and deploy ML models into production environments
• Collaborate with engineering teams to scale AI solutions
• Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders

What we’re looking for:

• Strong experience in data science and machine learning
• Hands-on Python (R or Scala beneficial)
• Experience with modern ML techniques (deep learning, tree-based models, transformers)
• Familiarity with PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, Hugging Face
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Interest in LLMs, Ml Ops & Generative AI
