We’re hiring for a VC-backed AI consultancy founded just a few years ago and already building strong market traction across enterprise clients. With fresh investment secured, the business is entering a significant growth phase, doubling headcount this year, with a particular focus on Generative AI & LLM specialists.

This is an opportunity to join at an early scale-up stage, shaping client solutions, technical standards, and delivery capability while designing and deploying cutting-edge AI systems in real-world environments.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build and deploy AI/ML models, with a focus on GenAI & LLM applications
• Take models from experimentation through to production
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to deliver scalable AI systems
• Contribute to technical decisions as the team rapidly expands

What We’re Looking For

• Higher Level of Education in relevant subject - BSc, MSc or PhD
• Strong background in AI Engineering / Machine Learning Engineering
• Hands-on experience with LLMs / Generative AI
• Python and modern ML frameworks (e.g. PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face)
