Experience Requirements-

• 15+ years of experience leading and managing Cyber Security businesses or practices across global geographies or domains.
• Strong background in Cyber Security Architecture & Engineering, with hands‑on design and implementation experience across enterprise security technologies, including:
• System & Network Security
• Identity & Access Management (IAM)
• Data, Cloud, Application Security
• SIEM & SOAR
• Security Automation
• Security Visibility & Analytics
• Prior consulting, advisory, or client‑facing experience is highly desirable

Desired Certifications-

• CISSP
• SABSA
• Cloud Security Architect
• ISSAP

Responsibilities-

Client Engagement & Advisory

• Engage with new and existing Cyber Security clients across APAC and MEA, acting as a trusted advisor to CXO‑level leadership.
• Lead strategic consulting discussions to understand client business drivers, security risks, and transformation priorities.

Strategic Architecture & Roadmapping

• Provide strategic thought leadership using SABSA, NIST, Zero Trust, and Cloud Security Architecture frameworks.
• Develop multi‑year security transformation roadmaps aligned to business objectives, regulatory requirements and risk appetite.

Consulting Opportunity Development

• Identify, scope, and shape downstream consulting, advisory, and implementation opportunities.
• Translate client challenges into actionable consulting engagements and value‑based outcomes.

Business Growth Leadership

• Build and execute revenue and Total Contract Value (TCV) growth plans for the Cyber Security business across APAC and MEA.
• Support go‑to‑market activities, solution positioning, and executive‑level presentations.

Delivery Assurance & Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with regional delivery leaders to ensure high‑quality consulting and engineering execution.
• Drive fulfilment, demand management, and resource planning for security consulting engagements.

Application Security Expertise

• Provide deep consulting expertise in application security, attack vectors, threat modeling, and risk mitigation across diverse application architectures.

Threat Landscape Understanding

• Demonstrate working knowledge of malware analysis, threat behavior, and protective controls to advise clients on defense strategies.

Security Controls Assessment

• Lead assessments of security control design and effectiveness, recommending improvements and maturity uplift strategies.

GenAI Security Advisory

• Advise clients on secure adoption and protection of Generative AI technologies in cybersecurity operations and enterprise environments.

Regulatory & Compliance Consulting

• Interpret complex regulatory, data protection, and compliance requirements.
• Build tailored compliance roadmaps for industry‑specific needs (financial services, healthcare, public sector, etc.).

Preferred Technical Skills-

• Knowledge and architectural proficiency of multiple security tools for IAM, PAM, VM, MDR, XDR, N/W
• Experience in Gen AI adoption in IAM, MDR, GRC, EVM will be added advantage
• Ability to transform security controls fulfilment through one or multiple security tools
• Ability to perform tools assessment based on customer requirements and advise customers the right fitment of tool
