We are looking for a Senior IT Recruiter to join our team and lead end-to-end recruitment processes for technology roles. This position is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in IT recruitment, excellent stakeholder management skills, and advanced English proficiency to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience as an IT Recruiter, preferably in senior or lead roles.
• Proven experience recruiting a wide range of IT profiles (software development, infrastructure, cloud, data, cybersecurity, etc.).
• Advanced English level (written and spoken) – mandatory.
• Strong interviewing, assessment, and negotiation skills.
• Experience working with international or multicultural teams is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously with a high level of autonomy.
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
