About The Role

We’re looking for a Business Development Project Manager to join our International Business Development deparment. In this role, you will support and drive several strategic international initiatives, including the partners network development and country-level projects in different markets. These projects focus on network expansion, operational readiness, partner coordination, and implementation of new logistics and postal solutions across multiple stakeholders and geographies.

This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working in complex, cross-border environments, managing multiple workstreams, and translating strategy into execution.

What You’ll Do

  • lead and coordinate international projects across different maturity levels (pilot, rollout, scaling)
  • act as a central coordination point between internal teams and external partners
  • support network development activities, including process alignment, partner onboarding, and operational setup
  • ensure clear governance, documentation, and decision-making frameworks across projects
  • identify risks and issues early, propose mitigation actions, and escalate when needed
  • support change management and adoption in new markets
  • contribute to continuous improvement of project management practices

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in logistics, postal services, supply chain, or large operational networks
  • proven experience managing international projects
  • strong stakeholder management skills, including working with external partners and vendors
  • understanding of project management methodologies
  • ability to manage ambiguity and evolving requirements in fast-moving environments
  • strong organizational, planning, and documentation skills
  • excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)
  • willingness to travel occasionally to project locations
  • experience in cooperation with governmental or regulatory institutions at local and international level is an advantage

Why you’ll love working here

At Omniva, we live our values every day.

We care — about our people, our customers, and the world we connect.

We are open — to new ideas, innovation, and learning from each other.

We are trustworthy — we do what we promise and take pride in getting it right.

And we enjoy our work — celebrating progress, teamwork, and shared achievements.

You’ll also benefit from:

  • a meaningful role in a growing, technology-driven logistics company
  • hybrid work model with office location in Tallinn, Pallasti 28 and flexible environment
  • health insurance or sports compensation
  • five additional vacation days after two years
  • opportunities for personal and professional growth
  • salary range EUR 4400 - 4500 gross
