System Project Specialist Trainee

We are looking for a System Project Specialist Trainee to support Project Managers in ensuring the successful execution of customer projects. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in project management within a global, sustainability-focused organization. You will handle administrative tasks using ERP tools, coordinate production orders, and communicate with customers and stakeholders to manage delivery schedules.

Your Role

As a System Project Specialist Trainee, you will assist in the day-to-day management of projects, gaining practical experience in project coordination, ERP operations, and customer communication. Your contributions will directly support the smooth execution of delivery projects and strengthen your project management skills.

Your responsibilities will include:

• ERP management: Handle administrative tasks in ERP systems
• Order and production tracking: Create and track sales orders, production processes, and logistics schedules
• Project support: Assist Project Managers with daily activities, including updating invoice plans, preparing credit notes, and issuing invoices
• Customer communication: Communicate delivery schedules and updates to customers and stakeholders
• Change management support: Create and follow up on change orders
  
  

What Will Help You Succeed

• Education: B.Sc. or M.Sc. student (3+ years) in Engineering or Business
• Technical knowledge: Ability to learn technical aspects of Evac products and solutions
• Project understanding: Basic knowledge of delivery project business and ERP systems
• Customer focus: Strong service-oriented attitude for internal and external stakeholders
• Communication: Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Interpersonal skills: Strong collaboration and communication abilities
• Global mindset: Comfortable working in an international environment
