Reward Analyst | Dublin (Hybrid)

Sanderson are seeking a Reward Analyst on a perm basis to support the design, administration and continuous improvement of compensation and benefits programmes across a growing European workforce. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys analytical work, stakeholder engagement and contributing to a modern reward strategy.


Role Overview

The Reward Analyst plays a key role in ensuring reward practices are competitive, fair, and aligned with organisational objectives. You will support annual reward cycles, provide market insights, deliver data analysis and act as a trusted partner to HR and business leaders.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the design, implementation, and administration of salary structures, bonus schemes, and benefits programmes.
  • Coordinate annual reward cycles, including salary reviews, bonus calculations, and performance‑related pay.
  • Manage external salary surveys and conduct market benchmarking.
  • Deliver reward analytics and reporting to support decision‑making.
  • Advise HR partners and managers on reward policies, job evaluations, and pay recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal governance.
  • Support reward projects such as job architecture, pay transparency, benefits development, and mobility frameworks.
  • Contribute to clear, effective communication of reward programmes.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Degree in HR, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a reward, compensation, or analytically focused HR role.
  • Strong Excel skills, including data manipulation, market analysis, and reporting.
  • Experience working with HRIS systems and compensation modules (e.g., SuccessFactors or similar).
  • Knowledge of reward frameworks, benchmarking, and job evaluation methodologies.
  • High level of accuracy, organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.


Desirable

  • CIPD qualification or equivalent.
  • Training in reward analytics or job evaluation.
